RSS to push

RSS to push notifications, on autopilot

Add your RSS or Atom feeds once. New articles land in a queue you can reorder and edit, and go out as web push on the schedule you set, in your site's timezone, with the topics they belong to.

Sending every article by hand does not scale

A site that publishes all day cannot have someone writing a push for every article. So the push goes out late, or only for the big stories, or not at all at weekends.

Sending every article the moment it is published is the opposite mistake: ten pushes in an hour and readers block you. RSS to push sits in between, with a queue and a schedule.

How RSS to push works

  1. 1

    Add your feeds

Paste the address of any RSS or Atom feed. Add several, and give each one the topics its articles belong to.

  2. 2

    Set the schedule

Pick your own time slots, like 9:30, 13:00 and 18:15, or send every N minutes inside a window, on the days you choose.

  3. 3

Articles queue up and go out

New articles fill the queue. Reorder them, edit a title or skip one, and each slot sends the next article in line.

What you get

  • One queue for every feed

Articles from all your feeds are mixed into one queue, so no single feed takes over the schedule.

  • Never the same story twice

An article that was already sent, from any feed, is not queued again.

  • Edit before it goes

Change the title, the text or the order of anything in the queue before its slot comes up.

  • Your timezone, your days

Slots and windows follow the site's timezone, and you choose which days of the week send.

  • Topics feed the interest scores

RSS pushes carry the topics of their feed, so their clicks build the same interest scores as your own campaigns.

  • RSS reported on its own
