Included in every plan
Plans differ in active subscribers, sites, users and data retention. The campaign features are the same from Free up, and so is the MCP server for your AI assistant. The HTTP API comes with the paid plans.
What happens when you go over
Nothing stops. Campaigns still go out, to a share of their audience equal to your plan limit divided by your active subscribers, most recently active readers first. Upgrade and every send reaches everyone again.
Example
On the Free plan, with 12,500 active subscribers, each send reaches 10,000 ÷ 12,500 = 80% of its audience: the readers who were active most recently.
Pricing questions, answered.
A browser that is subscribed to your site and still reachable. Readers who unsubscribe, block notifications or whose subscription expires stop counting, and the lifecycle policy pauses the ones who stopped reacting.
